DAY 2 Went to gym with my gf, wei & jayme. Wei and i did some weight lifting even though it is not very heavy but it still make us tired cause it been a long time i nv do such workout since my ITE school life. DAY3 Awww~~~ aching around my upper body part. Was suppose to meet wei for a evening jog but he was not feeling well. Guess is the muscle aching i suppose. So i went jogging along today and i set my route a little longer than day 1 and this is the perimeters i cover for today.
So during the past 2 days plus today i done some exercise to help me cut down some fat on my body.
DAY 1
This is the route that i jog around my housing area only for 2 rounds.
